Meet The Team

Dr. Jenny Hung completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern California College of Optometry with extensive training in treating ocular diseases, contact lenses, pediatrics, and vision therapy. Her training included professional internships at the VA Ambulatory Care Center of Los Angeles, the VA Medical Center of West Los Angeles, and the Optometric Center of Los Angeles.

In addition, Dr. Hung’s experiences also included working at an ophthalmologist practice, or eye surgeon, developing strong working relationships with refractive correction and cataract surgeons and specialists. She also co-manages eye surgeries and is certified to independently treat eye diseases such as glaucoma, conjunctivitis, ocular allergies, dry eye syndromes, and other infectious eye diseases. She is also certified by Paragon’s CRT (corneal refractive therapy)and has recently expanded her services to provide orthokeratology(Ortho-K), special hard contact lenses worn when sleeping safely reshaping the cornea to correct for patient’s vision during daytime.

Dr. Hung is licensed by the State Board of Optometry of California to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmacological agents in the detection, treatment, and management of eye diseases.

Dr. Hung is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese Chinese, and basic Spanish to assist in serving patients from many diverse backgrounds. In her spare time, Dr. Hung enjoys playing piano, golf, movies, floral arrangements, salt water aquarium, and traveling/exploring/eating at places around the world.
